Motion by the appellant, pursuant to CPL 460.20, for a certificate granting leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this Court dated November 25, 2015, which affirmed appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered July 12, 2013, and a resentence of the same court imposed October 31, 2013. By order dated April 5, 2016, the Court of Appeals denied leave to appeal to that Court from the decision and order dated November 25, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
