Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to take appeals from the judgments of the Allegany County Court rendered April 7, 2015 (KA 16-00485) and February 20, 2014 (KA 16-00484 and 16-00483),
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Valerie Allen sworn to December 16, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks relief for the judgment rendered April 7, 2015 (KA 16-00485) is granted, and Valerie Allen is hereby directed to file and serve the notice of appeal in accordance with CPL 460.10 on or before May 26, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed as untimely.
