DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Michael C. Brandt from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 18, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 4, 2016, the appellant's time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 1, 2015, was extended until April 4, 2016. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion dated May 1, 2015.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 1, 2015.
