DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Diana Kantor for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated March 16, 2016, and, inter alia, in effect, for summary reversal of the order dated March 16, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal purportedly taken as of right from the order dated March 16, 2016, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
