| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to vacate a scheduling order of this Court dated March 2, 2016, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 25, 2014, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged, on or before May 17, 2016, the appellant shall file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation stating that the remaining transcripts have been ordered and paid for, the date thereof, and the date by which the transcripts are expected, and the motion is otherwise denied.
