Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered November 13, 2015, and to fix reasonable bail, which was denied by me in a decision and order on motion dated December 21, 2015.
