DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered September 30, 2014, and for leave to file an oversized brief containing 13,974 words or at least 12,000 words.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 19, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
