Motion by respondent in the four above-captioned appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered, respectively, December 18, 2014, December 18, 2014, December 17, 2014 and December 17, 2014, to consolidate the appeals or, in the alternative, to have all the appeals heard at the same term of this court.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated solely for the purpose of disposition of respondent's motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion seeking to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion seeking to have all of the above-captioned appeals heard at the same term of this court is granted.
