Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic And Parking Violations Agency District, rendered November 16, 2015.

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as it was filed after the appeal was dismissed for failure to prosecute. Appellant's remedy, if he be so advised, is to move to vacate the dismissal.
