Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic And Parking Violations Agency District, rendered December 9, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, as it was filed after the appeal was dismissed for failure to prosecute. Appellant's remedy, if he be so advised, is to move to vacate the dismissal.
