| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Anaen Goyburu Corp., to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 31, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by the appellants Pedro Montoya, Yodna Vivanco-Small, Zoila Ivarra, Villiage Taxi, Corp., P.C. Taxi Corporation, and Luso American Taxi is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the time of the appellant Anaen Goyburu Corp., to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until May 16, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
