Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 2, 2014, and July 25, 2014, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered December 12, 2014, for the Court to take judicial notice of a decision and order of this Court dated March 23, 2016, in an action entitled People v Vomvos, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-00964.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
