DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 24, 2015, and on an appeal from the order dated March 24, 2015, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief, and, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain exhibits. Separate motion by the respondent, in effect, for leave to file a compact disc containing audio files concerning the underlying administrative proceedings on July 30, 2013.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief and, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion, in effect, for leave to file a compact disc and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 6, 2016, the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and on or before June 6, 2016, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the exhibits annexed as Exhibit B to the motion, inter alia, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record, and file the compact disc annexed to the motion, in effect, for leave to file the compact disc.
