On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 24, 2016, in the above-entitled proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 27, 2015, is amended by deleting from the last paragraph thereof the date "April 27, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "April 29, 2016."
