Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 19, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 11, 2016, and the respondent's brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before that date.
