Renewed motion by the plaintiff for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated April 16, 2015, which affirmed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 23, 2009. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 16, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
