Motion by George Valentine, Thomas Valentine, Christopher Valentine, and Steven Valentine, executors of the estate of Mauro Valentine, to be substituted for the deceased respondent, Mauro Valentine, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 13, 2014, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, George Valentine, Thomas Valentine, Christopher Valentine, and Steven Valentine, executors of the estate of Mauro Valentine, are substituted for the deceased respondent, Mauro Valentine, and the caption is amended accordingly.
