Motion by the respondents Town of Brookhaven Planning Board, Town of Brookhaven Zoning Board of Appeals, and Town of Brookhaven to vacate an order on application of this Court dated March 24, 2016, which enlarged the appellants' time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered August 21, 2015. Application by the appellants to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
