DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

2016-03987

Carolina Heller, appellant,

v William B. Heller, respondent.

(Family Court Docket No. O-2350-16;

Supreme Court Index No. 200306/16)

Appeals by Carolina Heller from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 7, 2016, and an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 17, 2016.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated March 7, 2016, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from an ex parte order (see CPLR 5701; 5704); and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated March 17, 2016, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the consent of an appealing party (see CPLR 5511).

LEVENTHAL, J.P., CHAMBERS, HINDS-RADIX and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
