| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to calendar together appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered June 18, 2015, and November 24, 2015, respectively, and for leave to perfect the appeal from the order entered November 24, 2015, on a supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, the appeals will be heard together, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal from the order entered November 24, 2015, is enlarged until July 6, 2016, and the record or appendix and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
