ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 29, 2016 in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, entered October 5, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 11, 2015" and substituting therefor the date "July 11, 2016."
