| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 24, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated December 21, 2015, in effect, to limit the issues raised on the appeal from the judgment to the issues raised in the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the notice of appeal from the judgment and the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals in effect, to limit the issues raised on the appeal from the judgment to the issues raises in the briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record are granted, and on or before May 31, 2016, the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental record containing the notice of appeal from the judgment and the judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
