DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Elijah L., in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on application of this Court dated November 9, 2015, which granted his application to withdraw appeals from an order and an amended order of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated March 31, 2014, and two orders of the same court dated April 8, 2014, and August 20, 2014, respectively, to reinstate the appeals, and to enlarge his time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on application of this Court dated November 9, 2015, is recalled and vacated, the time of the respondent-appellant Elijah L. to serve and file a brief is enlarged until May 24, 2016, and the brief of the respondent-appellant Elijah L. Must be served and filed on or before that date.
