Motion by Ezikel Ross for leave to file a late notice of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 8, 2015, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to file a late notice of an appeal is denied (see CPLR 5513); and it is further,
