Motion by the attorney for the deceased respondent, Bella Davis, to amend the caption on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 25, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed without prejudice to the administrators of the estate of the deceased respondent, Bella Davis, moving to be substituted for the deceased respondent, Bella Davis, upon proper papers, including a copy of the letters of administration, and to amend the caption.
