DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the nonparty-appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 13, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to extend the time to transfer her legal file in the above-entitled matter.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the nonparty-appellant's time to transfer her legal file in the above-entitled matter is granted to the extent that the time to transfer the legal file is extended until May 27, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
