Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal, by permission, from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated May 18, 2015, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, dated October 3, 2012.
