DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay the revocation of his driver's license, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 10, 2016, and April 8, 2016, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order entered February 10, 2016, is deemed to be an application for leave to appeal and leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal from the order entered April 8, 2016, is deemed to be a notice of appeal from an amended order of the same court, entered April 13, 2016 (see CPLR 5512[a]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
