| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to correct the citations on pages 8 and 9 of his brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 15, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to correct the citations in the appellant's brief is granted, and on or before May 26, 2016, the appellant shall replace pages 8 and 9 of the copies of the appellant's brief filed with the Clerk of the Court with pages that contain the corrected page citations; and it is further
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
