| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated April 18, 2016, for this Court to determine the appeals by a date certain, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is the waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is granted, and the appeals will be calendared after all the briefs have been filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file his brief on the appeals on or before May 13, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
