On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 12, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "June 9, 2016" and substituting therefor the date "June 28, 2016."
