Motion by the appellant Primeflight Aviation Services on appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 28, 2015, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 29, 2016, as conditioned a stay of the trial in the above-entitled action upon the perfection of the appeals on or before May 18, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the decision and order on motion dated March 29, 2016, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "May 18, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "July 18, 2016."
