On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated October 27, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed."
