| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeal by First Choice Plumbing Corp. and Malacy Plumbing Supply, Inc., and cross appeal by Miller Law Offices, PLLC, from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 16, 2015.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Miller Law Offices, PLLC, is directed to show cause before this Court why the cross appeal should not be dismissed on the grounds that Miller Law Offices, PLLC, is not aggrieved by the order entered October 16, 2015 (see CPLR 5511), and that "all matters that were not decided" by the order entered October 16, 2015, remain pending and undecided (see Katz v Katz, 68 AD2d 536, 544), by each filing an affirmation or affidavit on those issues in the office of the Clerk of this Court and serving one copy of the same on each other on or before June 9, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court or her designee is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by ordinary mail.
