On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 16, 2016, determining a motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an undated order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, and to stay enforcement of a certain order of the same court dated March 30, 2016, appointing a receiver, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, is amended by adding to the first paragraph thereof after the word "by", the names "Shirokia Development, LLC, and Hong Qin Jiang."
