It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that counsel for appellant shall file 10 copies of a supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on appellant and the People, on or before June 2, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a supplemental respondent's brief if any, on or before July 5, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that counsel for appellant shall filed a supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before July 20, 2016.
