Application pursuant to NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file respondents' briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 1, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Mary Alice Ruppert, as executor of the estate of Lucy A. Campbell, is substituted for the deceased respondent Lucy A. Campbell, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until June 20, 2016, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
