Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file an oversized supplemental brief on an appeal, by permission, from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 20, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's supplemental brief may be served and filed on or before July 22, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief, if any, and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
