Motion by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 18, 2016, which vacated a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 6, 2014, granting the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered March 6, 2013, and to enlarge his time to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
