| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated August 25, 2015, and for a reconstruction hearing with respect to certain trial exhibits.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until July 29, 2016, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Richmond County, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to Plaintiff's Trial Exhibits 1 through 6 and Defendant's Trial Exhibits A through G in the above-entitled action.
