| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate an order on application of this Court dated March 21, 2016, which enlarged the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an amended order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 21, 2014, and two orders of the same court dated January 12, 2015, and February 5, 2015, respectively, and to strike the respondent's brief, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 10, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
