Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue its prior motion, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 18, 2012, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 10, 2011, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(e) for failure to timely perfect, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
