Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 18, 2015, as dismissed appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered December 24, 2013, and an order of the same court dated October 18, 2013, for failure to timely perfect and to enlarge the time to perfect appeals, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
