Motion by Patrick Nurse and Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all dated August 12, 2015, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals. Application by Patrick Nurse and Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-09712 with the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2015-10480 and 2015-10486 is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2015-10480 and 2015-10486 is denied as unnecessary as those appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals and the application for that relief are granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until July 22, 2016.
