Motion by the appellant pursuant to CPLR 5520 to deem a notice of appeal from a transcript of proceedings which occurred in the Supreme Court, Queens County, on September 25, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, to be a premature notice of appeal from an order of the same court dated December 7, 2015.
