Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 22, 2015, to perfect the appeal without certain transcripts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary, as the transcripts in question are not a required part of the record on appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to August 5, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before August 5, 2016, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
