| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 22, 2014, to vacate a stay of enforcement of a certain warrant of eviction issued by the Town of Ramapo Justice Court, and to vacate a stay of the sale, transfer, or other disposition of the subject real property located at 82 Highview Avenue, Suffern, New York, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 4, 2014, is vacated forthwith.
