Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 5, 2013, and to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment and an order of the same court dated February 23, 2015.
