Appellant having moved for reassignment of counsel on the appeals taken from the orders of Onondaga County Court dated February 17, 2012 and November 25, 2014, and counsel for appellant having moved to consolidate said appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Michael Wilson dated April 5, 2016, the notices of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Philip Rothschild, Esq. dated April 28, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion filed by appellant is granted, and Susan R. Horn, Esq. and Philip Rothschild, Esq. are relieved of their assignments, and

It is further ORDERED that John A. Cirando, Esq., D.J. & J.A. Cirando, 101 South Salina Street, Suite 1010, Syracuse, New York 13202-1350 is substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeals taken from the orders of Onondaga County Court dated February 17, 2012 and November 25, 2014, in place of Susan R. Horn, Esq. and Philip Rothschild, Esq., and the appeals may be prosecuted upon one record as defined by 22 NYCRR 1000.3(c)(1) and ten copies of appellant's briefs reproduced pursuant to CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Onondaga County is directed to provide John A. Cirando, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings, upon which the appeals are based, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion filed by appellate counsel is denied without prejudice to renewal by newly assigned counsel.
