Motion by appellant on appeals from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered September 1, 2015, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motions to submit the six appeals on an abridged record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated for the purpose of disposition of the motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted and, upon reargument, this court's decision and order on motion dated December 9, 2015 is recalled and vacated, and, upon reargument, appellant's motions for leave to prosecute the appeals on an abridged record dispensing with minutes of the hearings are granted (see generally CPLR 5525 [b]).
